We've got the perfect pairing for you: Corinne's first design, Agatha Socks, and The Woolly Thistle's first yarn, Rambler! Whether worn on your feet or folded away in your sock drawer you will love the look and feel of these scrumptious socks knit with Rambler. The soft textured pattern provides a lot of stretch that when worn, opens into a beautiful criss-cross lattice.
This pattern is named for one of Corinne's chickens, Agatha, who often escaped the safety of the coop preferring to forage in the woods doing her own thing. These cuff-down socks are a fun, quick and engaging knit.

The colors are awesome and wonderful yarn!
Love the kits and looking forward to casting on. I have a few other projects lined up first. I love the Lichen color!

Texture and color are excellent. More color the better!!
I ordered this Rambler sock kit in Lichen. I was disappointed at first as I really liked the color on my monitor. On the monitor it is a brighter and lighter green. I really do like the Lichen color, it just wasn't what I was expecting. I do realize every monitor is a little different. That said, I am really enjoying knitting the Agatha socks. I think the fit is going to be very nice as well. I'm knitting the small. The Rambler yarn is wonderful to work with as well. Overall, it's a great little kit. If you are new to knitting socks I would suggest you pay the extra for the course as well. I think mine will come out fine but I was a bit confused between the written instructions and the charts for the instep. I have been knitting socks for years and consider myself an intermediate? knitter. I am very excited to finish and wear my Agatha socks! A great kit! Thank you Woolly Thistle!
